I grew up in Hawaii. Water is the theme โ surfing, fishing, sailing. In 2007 my brother and I sailed a 36-foot boat from San Francisco to Hawaii with no prior sailing experience. You figure things out when you have to.
I spent years in insulation contracting, building that business to $200K+ revenue. Learned what works and what doesn't โ especially around bookkeeping and pivoting when the market shifts (2007โ08 taught me that lesson).
In 2011 I won a public bid for a 35-year lease on 3.7 acres in Waimanalo. Since then I've run an aloha shirt ecommerce business, developed auction arbitrage workflows, and now I'm building AI-powered service businesses for local companies.
I don't do theory. I build, ship, document. The goal is sustainable income that doesn't trade time for money โ systems that work while you sleep.
